Only manufacturers defects will be addressed. If you have used your machine at higher temperatures and caused a bubble(s) on your attachment, that’s a user defect and a new attachment is needed at the customer’s expense. If you used tunbler press with incorect way caused spark/burned to let the sleeve can’t work,that’s a user defect and a new attachment is needed at the customer’s expense (The attachment is consumables, one attachment can do around 200-300 tumblers)

Photos and videos of the defects are required to process replacement parts for repairs and replacements NO EXCEPTIONS whatsoever.
